Does the juice come into contact with any metal parts?

No. The juicer uses a metal-free juice path, so your juice stays pure with no metallic taste or contact.

What does Reverse Mode do?

If ingredients get stuck or the machine jams, Reverse Mode instantly reverses the auger direction to clear the blockage.

Does this juicer heat up the juice during extraction?

No. It uses slow, cold-press extraction, so there's no heat generated and no oxidation of the juice.

How do I assemble the juicer before first use?

Install the juice collector, then fit the spiral auger (juicing screw) into the collector, making sure it's fully seated on the main shaft. Load the feed chute onto the juice collector and rotate to lock it in place, then close the lid and connect the power.

How do I know the parts are installed correctly?

The juicing screw must be pushed all the way down onto the main shaft - if it isn't seated fully, other parts won't lock into place. The container lid must also be closed properly, or the machine won't switch on.

How long can I run it continuously?

No more than 10 minutes at a stretch, with at least 30 minutes rest between cycles, to protect the motor from overheating.
