At Nester, we are committed to providing you with products of superior quality, durability, and design. Your satisfaction is our priority, and this policy outlines the process for returns, replacements, and refunds.
7/10/15-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7/10/15-day window for you to request a replacement or return for a product, starting from the date of its delivery. A return or replacement is only eligible under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Defect: The product you received has a functional manufacturing defect.
- Damaged in Transit: The product arrived with physical damage.
- Incorrect Product: The product delivered is different from the one you ordered.
Returns will not be accepted for "change of mind" or if the product shows signs of use.
Conditions for a Valid Return
To ensure a successful return process, please make sure that:
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including the box, user manual, and all included accessories.
- The product is in an unused and uninstalled condition.
- The product has no scratches, dents, or damage caused by the customer's handling.
- The product's original serial number is intact and has not been tampered with.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at support@nesterstore.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your Order ID, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the defect or damage.
- Verification: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
- Schedule Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Inspection & Resolution: After the product arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- Replacement: If the return is validated, a brand-new replacement unit will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.
- Refund: A full refund will be processed only if a replacement for the same product is unavailable. The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless we made an error. For a cancelled pre-booking, the refund is of the booking amount only. The pre-booking fee is fully refundable until you confirm the final order for dispatch.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
