My air fryer turns off automatically. What should I do?

Ensure the appliance is connected to a 16A compatible socket with wiring thickness of 1.5 mm or above. If the issue persists, contact the support team.

I see water droplets inside the tank and air fryer. Is it used?

No. These droplets / marks are due to steam function testing done during quality checks. It’s completely normal, you can easily wipe it off.

I cannot see steam inside the air fryer. Is it working?

You can see the steam coming out from the vent on the left side of the interior. At higher temperatures, steam may not be visible but is still present.

How can I get maximum steam while cooking?

Maximum steam: Air Fry and Tandoor mode
Other modes provide balanced steam

What material is the air fryer made of?

Body: SS430 stainless steel

Heating rods: SS304 stainless steel

Racks: SS430 stainless steel

What are the preheat settings?

Use the same mode and temperature as your recipe. Preheat for 5–10 minutes.

I see fumes or smoke coming out. Is this normal?

Yes, during first use or certain cooking processes. If continuous, contact support.

Can I open the door while cooking?

Yes. The appliance pauses heating automatically when opened.

Do I need to reset settings after opening the door?

No. Cooking resumes with the same settings once the door is closed.

How can I register for a warranty?

Visit the warranty registration page or send “Register Warranty” on WhatsApp and fill the form.

Why does my food sometimes cook differently?

Results may vary due to quantity, placement, and settings. Adjust accordingly.

 How do I reheat food in the air fryer?

1. Select Reheat mode

2. Set temperature between 200°C–230°C

3. Set timer for 5–10 minutes

hat kind of utensils can I use inside the air fryer?

You can use metal, oven-safe glass, and ceramic utensils. Avoid plastic utensils as they may melt at high temperatures.

How to clean the product?

After every usage, wipe it with a wet damp cloth. Once in a while, spray some mild detergent over the wet cloth and wipe the inside of the air fryer 2-3 times with it then again wipe it with wet microfiber cloth to remove the detergent residue.

How can I use the steam to clean the product?

Steam can also be used to clean the product just set the air fryer to Air Fry/Tandoor Mode, Set  the temperature in between 100-120 degrees and timer for 20 minutes keeping the steam on and then wipe it again once it cools down.
