Our Process Playbook

We see what others don’t

We begin by tracking everyday friction — like the cords that fall short without an extension or the stainless steel mixer you cover when you have people over — and build from there.

And design what other won't

At our Bangalore design labs, we sketch, prototype, and conduct repeated trails for each product to ensure durability, thermal precision, and ease of use. We design not just for beauty, but for daily, intuitive use.

My home felt like a gadget graveyard-too many flimsy, ugly appliances with endless buttons and zero joy in use.
I started Nester to design, from scratch for India, fewer multifunctional products that look beautiful, feel solid, and actually bring back joy to daily rituals.
