Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Gurugram.

• Orders placed before 11 AM are shipped the same day (Monday–Saturday).
• Orders placed after 11 AM are shipped the next business day.
• No dispatches are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your order's tracking information.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above a specified value, which will be indicated at checkout. For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee applies and will be shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

The estimated timelines below begin after your order has been dispatched:

• Metro Cities: 2–3 business days
• Other Locations: 3–5 business days
• Remote Areas: May take slightly longer

Undeliverable Shipments

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, we may deduct the return shipping cost from any refund or require payment for an additional shipping fee to re-dispatch the order.
