Herb and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 10–12 large mushrooms
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1:- Mix cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:- Stuff mushrooms generously.
Step 3:- Place on a Nester baking tray.
Step 4:- Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
Step 5:- Serve warm.
