Classic Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
- 250g Paneer, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 1½ tbsp Tandoori Masala
- ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1:- Mix yoghurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
Step 2:- Coat paneer cubes and rest for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 3:- Thread onto skewers and place on the Nester tandoor rack.
Step 4:- Cook at 180°C for 15–20 minutes, turning once.
Step 5:- Brush with warm ghee and serve with onions and lemon wedges.
